To support this growth, we’re looking for a smart, proactive, and organized Junior Operations Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structured work, is great with details, and wants to be part of an exciting and growing company.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

βœ… Support the setup and management of lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn, Email, Webinars)
βœ… Update weekly client trackers (LinkedIn stats, outreach progress, campaign status)
βœ… Help set up webinars on platforms like Eventbrite
βœ… Prepare basic reports and summaries for clients
βœ… Assist in campaign management tasks like message sequencing, CRM updates, and email sequences
βœ… Support the creation of landing pages and event pages (training provided)
βœ… Handle light graphic edits for banners, invites, and posts (using Canva or similar)
βœ… Keep things organized β€” ensuring campaigns, client folders, and templates are up-to-date
βœ… Learn and explore new tools and techniques that can improve operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For (Skills & Attributes)

  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets (macros, basic formulas, formatting, etc.)
  • Familiar with LinkedIn and email tools (training will be provided)
  • Some experience with tools like Calendly, Eventbrite, Canva, or similar (nice to have but not required)
  • Strong written English and clear communication skills
  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving
  • Honest, reliable, and able to work independently but also happy to collaborate
  • Positive attitude β€” and a good sense of humor is always a plus! 😊

😁 Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Business Development / Sales Development Representative to support our team by booking qualified meetings with potential clients.

This role focuses on presales and lead engagement β€” reaching out, following up, and securing meetings for the leadership team to conduct sales calls.

βœ… What You’ll Do:

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify and engage potential leads
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels to book meetings
  • Manage the pipeline of prospects and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Support presales efforts for the leadership team (3 people) by securing qualified calls
  • Help maintain and update lead trackers and CRM systems

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organized, self-motivated, and consistent with follow-ups
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and email outreach tools (we provide access)
  • Experience in B2B lead generation or sales support is a plus

Technical Operations – Lead Generation

About HyperGrowth

HyperGrowth is a sales consultancy based in Bahrain that helps SMEs double their sales revenue within 6 months. We do this through a range of interventions, consulting, and actively running sales functions of our clients. One of our fastest growing services is a multi channel lead generation service.

We now need a technical operations lead who can run the lead generation service and set up new clients. The role is 60% technical involving the expert use of a myriad of IT systems (so not programming, this is the expert use of SaaS and desktop applications), and 40% creative, slick copywriting, graphics, and constantly improving the service for our clients.

Core Attributes

We are at heart a learning organisation. What does this mean? This means first and foremost; you are a teacher. Your main, in fact almost your only role, is to train and coach other people in what you do. In order to do this, you need to be willing to learn first and learn fast.

The Role

Data manipulation – expert use of Excel, including macros

LinkedIn – complex searches, automated tools, extracting emails

Email Sending – setting up sequences of emails

Domains – set up and configuration of DNS

Web server – set up domain, website, SSL certificates

Create online landing pages in HTML

Calendly set up

Copywriting – perfect written English

Graphics manipulation – PhotoShop or similar

Setting up online events in tools such as Eventbrite

Processes – creating SoPs, process improvement
