Celebrate activity, not results!
We are taught again and again that results matter, not activity. In sales we need to revisit this. If you only close one deal out of every ten people you speak to, this sets you up with nine failures out of ten. Disheartening!! Instead, celebrate your completed activity against your process. If you make 10 calls, you deserve to celebrate! It doesn’t matter if you made zero sales or three, celebrate! Keep this up and you will want to do 20 calls a day, you will close twice as much, and your attitude will be on fire.
